My Account

In this section you can create custom dashboards, configure your account (language, password, etc.) and also, you can log out.

My dashboards

In My Account you can create custom dashboards. A very useful feature that will let you access directly to the reports and graphics that interest you. 

To do this you have to click on "New" option indicated in yellow. 

Then, you can give your new Dashboard a name. For example: Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc. And after that, yoy can go adding reports and tables to this new Dashboard. 

Firstly, you select what type of KPIS you want to add: Presence, Influx, Conversion, Heat Maps, Captive Portals, Queue Management, etc. And then, you click on the green buttons that indicate "Add to tDashboard". 

Once you have selected all the reports you want to include in your Dashboard and have saved the changes you can go back to the "Dashboard" drop-down and there you will see that the new Dashboard has been added to the list of existing ones.

My account

Also, in My Account you can configure your account (language, password, etc.). Here you enter your name, surname, email, Flame password, and your profile picture. 

Log out

Finally in "My account" you Log out if you want to log in with another user.
